Do you do emergency call-outs?
No, we focus on planned boiler and heating work. If you smell gas, call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999.
How can I check you're Gas Safe registered?
Ask us for our registration number. You can check it at gassaferegister.co.uk or by calling the Gas Safe Register on 0800 408 5500.
What work do you do?
Mainly heating: new boilers, heating upgrades and central heating installations, plus repairs, servicing and gas safety checks. We take on general plumbing work too.
Do you install new boilers?
Yes, boiler changes are our main work. We fit energy-efficient A-rated boilers with manufacturer warranties of up to 12 years.
What areas do you cover?
We're based in Pontefract and cover Castleford, Knottingley, Wakefield, Normanton and Garforth, out to Selby, Tadcaster, Wetherby and York.
What should I do if I smell gas?
Open doors and windows, don't use electrical switches or naked flames, and call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999. The call is free, day or night. On bottled or tank gas (LPG), call your supplier's emergency line instead.
